Arcanys in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Applied ML Scientist focused on Clinical Risk Modelling for GLP-1 related health data. You will build and validate prognostic models using de-identified EHR data within a secure environment and translate outputs into actionable risk insights alongside clinicians.

Qualifications

3–6+ years developing clinical or tabular predictive models with strong applied statistics.
Experience engineering features from EHR or longitudinal records with attention to data leakage.
Fluent in Python and scientific Python ecosystem (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).

Responsibilities

Build retrospective patient cohorts from longitudinal EHR data.
Engineer time-windowed features from medical records.
Develop and validate statistical and machine learning models for GLP-1 outcomes.
Translate model outputs into clinically interpretable risk tiers.
