Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
• Proven expertise in creating technical documentation, including API docs, user guides, and internal knowledge management systems.
• Advanced proficiency in documentation tools such as Confluence, GitBook, or MkDocs.
• Hands-on experience with Markdown and documenting complex software architectures.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Author and maintain comprehensive API documentation and developer guides to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Design and structure internal knowledge management systems to improve information discoverability across engineering teams.
• Create clear, concise technical content using Markdown and modern documentation frameworks.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to capture technical nuances and system requirements accurately.
• Standardize documentation workflows and versioning practices.
• Review and refine existing technical content to maintain accuracy, consistency, and alignment with industry standards.
