Job summary

Intuition Machines, Inc. seeks a hands-on SOC Manager, Bot Management & Fraud Prevention - APAC to establish and scale an APAC Security Operations presence. You will lead regional teams, align with global SOC standards, and collaborate across Security, Engineering, ML, Product, and Support to combat bot activity, abuse, and fraud.

The role demands strong leadership, technical judgment, and the ability to drive investigations and operational improvements across a distributed team.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in cybersecurity, Security Operations, fraud prevention, trust & safety, or related field.
• 2+ years leading or managing technical teams, preferably SOC or incident response.
• Proven hiring, onboarding and mentoring of technical staff.
• Strong understanding of security operations, investigations and escalation.
• Knowledge of web/API security, OWASP vulnerabilities, rate limiting, and mitigation.
• Understanding of bot management and automated abuse mitigation strategies.
• Experience with SQL and large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop the APAC SOC team including hiring, onboarding and mentoring.
• Lead APAC Security Operations across bot activity, automated abuse, fraud and investigations.
• Establish and improve playbooks, escalation paths, KPIs and investigation methodologies.
• Ensure investigations produce actionable findings and recommended mitigations.
• Partner with engineering and customer-facing teams to improve detection and response.
• Identify opportunities to automate investigative and operational workflows.
• Maintain regional coverage while aligning with global SOC standards.
