Job summary

Keyrus is seeking a proactive and experienced Anaplan Support Analyst to join our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) team in Manila. You will work directly with clients, provide technical troubleshooting and functional advisory on Anaplan, and help keep critical models running smoothly.

The role involves serving as the primary contact for inquiries, resolving issues in production, managing the full ticket lifecycle, training users, and contributing to our knowledge base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• Anaplan Level 2 Model Building certification.
• 2–4 years of experience in a support role for SaaS or enterprise platforms.
• Hands-on experience supporting Anaplan in a production environment.
• Fluent in English; Cantonese/Mandarin/Tagalog a plus.
• Familiar with ITSM practices and platform support in structured environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries related to Anaplan.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues.
• Maintain and enhance supported Anaplan models, including minor changes.
• Manage the full support ticket lifecycle using internal tools and SLAs.
• Work with consultants and technical teams on escalated or complex issues.
• Deliver user training and reinforce best practices across client teams.
• Contribute to the internal knowledge base and documentation.
• Assist in onboarding and mentoring junior support analysts.
