ERNI, headquartered in Switzerland with a footprint in Mandaluyong, Philippines, is seeking an experienced Product Owner / BA / Delivery Manager to lead AI-enabled document review initiatives. You will bridge business needs with AI engineering, define scope, and drive cross-functional delivery across Azure OpenAI, RAG, and ML embeddings.

Remote opportunity for candidates outside the Philippines, on a 1-year project engagement with Manila-hours alignment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 6 years in Product Owner, BA, or Delivery Manager roles with AI/ML product mgmt.
• Hands-on with Azure OpenAI, RAG architectures, and embedding models.
• Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge and cross-functional delivery.
• Experience translating complex requirements into prioritized user stories and workflows.
• Experience with OCR, document analysis, or regulatory workflows is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Bridge between business stakeholders and AI engineering teams to translate requirements into product scope and acceptance criteria.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing business needs, AI capabilities, and delivery timelines.
• Define AI evaluation criteria, Golden Sets, rule curation, and citation validation.
• Lead design and mapping of document review workflows and framework criteria.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and domain experts to deliver IDP and Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions.
• Work with Azure OpenAI, Azure Document Intelligence, embedding models, and Power Platform.
• Monitor progress and stakeholder communications to ensure delivery quality.
