Job summary

ERNI Development Center Philippines Inc. in Mandaluyong is seeking an experienced Product Owner / BA / Delivery Manager to drive AI-enabled document processing initiatives.

You will bridge business needs with AI engineering, shaping product scope, user stories, and acceptance criteria for IDP/RAG solutions. The role requires 6+ years in AI/ML product management, a Bachelor’s in IT/CS, and strong knowledge of Azure OpenAI, RAG, OCR, and alignment to Agile processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Delivery Manager, or similar role, with significant AI/ML product management.
• Proven experience delivering AI, Generative AI/LLM, IDP, RAG, NLP, or Computer Vision solutions.
• Strong hands-on product management experience with Azure OpenAI, RAG architectures, and embedding models.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional product delivery.
• Experience translating complex business requirements into prioritized product scope, user stories, workflows, and technical requirements.
• Experience with OCR, document analysis, compliance/regulatory workflows, or knowledge-intensive business processes is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as the bridge between business/domain stakeholders and AI engineering teams, translating requirements into product scope, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing business requirements, AI capabilities, technical constraints, and delivery timelines.
• Define and manage AI evaluation criteria, Golden Sets, rule curation, source referencing, citation validation, and hallucination control.
• Lead the design and mapping of document review workflows, business rules, and framework criteria.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, QA, and domain specialists to deliver Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Work with technologies such as Azure OpenAI, Azure Document Intelligence, embedding models, and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Monitor project progress, performance metrics, and delivery quality while managing stakeholder communication.
