TELUS Digital is seeking a Specialist for the Core Engineering & AI Development Community to push the boundaries of AI-driven software development. You will lead security audits, design multi-turn debugging strategies, and optimize NLP-to-code translation to ensure robust, scalable code across languages and frameworks.

You will participate in benchmarking AI models, identifying logic gaps, and collaborating with a global network of experts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, criminal justice, forensic science, or information security.
• Native-level proficiency in your primary language is mandatory.
• Exceptional attention to detail, specifically pixel-level anomalies in digital images.

Responsibilities

• Code Quality & Security Auditing: evaluate AI-generated code for security and clean-code principles.
• Multi-Turn Debugging Strategy: design and test complex multi-turn debugging scenarios.
• NLP-to-Code Translation: optimize prompts to code translation capturing subtle logic requirements.
• LLM Benchmarking: analyze performance benchmarks and identify logic gaps in libraries/frameworks.
