You will transcribe notes, schedule, manage emails, and maintain organized files. Applicants should have strong written and verbal communication, outstanding organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Transcription: Document key points from live/recorded calls.
• Call Prep: Organize daily call lists, agendas, and materials.
• Scheduling: Coordinate meetings and manage calendar adjustments.
• Reporting: Deliver accurate metric and performance reports on time.
• File Management: Maintain organized virtual filing systems.
• Admin Support: Manage email correspondence and daily tasks.
