Qualifications

• 6-12 months of relevant experience.
• Experience in billing and collections, bank reconciliation, and customer service.
• Attributes: attention to details, highly organized, good interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Send billings, invoices, and account updates to clients.
• Track remittance and resolve invoice questions.
• Maintain accurate billing records per policies.
• Allocate payments and reconcile daily and monthly remittances.
• Perform account analysis for record accuracy.
• Handle loan/billing reconciliations and disputes.
• Prepare regular financial and management reports for Billing and remittance.
• Investigate irregularities and resolve remittance issues.
