Job summary

Access Offshoring Philippines, Inc. is seeking a skilled 3D Events Designer and CAD Draftsperson to support live event designs, installations, and custom fabrications.

The role focuses on turning creative concepts into production-ready 3D visuals and precise technical drawings for fabrication teams. The candidate should blend strong visualization with precise drafting, and bring experience from events, exhibitions, or experiential design.

Qualifications

• Experience in 3D design, CAD drafting, and event visualization or related discipline.
• Strong portfolio showing 3D renders and technical drawings.
• Ability to translate concepts into production-ready drawings and models.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D models and visualisations for event concepts, layouts, installations, and custom-built elements.
• Produce photorealistic renders with materials, textures, lighting, branding, and environments.
• Create accurate CAD drawings including layouts, site plans, build drawings, and BOMs.
• Prepare technical drawings with dimensions, annotations, specifications.
• Translate concepts and site information into production-ready designs.
• Collaborate with planners, production teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Prepare DWG, STEP, and other files for vendors and fabrication.
• Support fabrication with clear, accurate drawings for manufacturing or CNC.
• Perform clash detection and review layouts to avoid conflicts.
• Consider spatial planning, AV integration, accessibility, safety, and installation needs.
• Optimize models for presentations and file performance.
• Maintain design files, revisions, and project documentation.
• Manage multiple projects to meet production schedules and deadlines.
