The physician will maintain records, support onboarding and training, ensure governance and compliance, and contribute to health and safety programs. PRC license with current BLS certification is required.

Job Title: Occupational Health Physician

Location: Canlubang Laguna

Work Set-up: Onsite

Schedule: Monday to Saturday 8AM to 12PM (Reliever)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide medical consultations, treat minor illnesses and injuries, and manage urgent patient cases.

• Conduct employee health consultations and coordinate specialist referrals when needed.

• Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and clinical documentation.

• Support staff onboarding, training, and effective workplace communication.

• Ensure compliance with clinical governance, quality standards, audits, and reporting requirements.

• Promote workplace health, safety, and adherence to OH&S policies.

• Help maintain medical facilities, equipment, inventory, and operational readiness.

• Participate in meetings, health promotion programs, and continuous service improvement initiatives.

• Follow International SOS policies and perform additional duties assigned by management.
