Job summary

City Government of Muntinlupa - Government is seeking a staff member to monitor the day's releasing schedule, distribute tasks in the releasing area, and assist in transferring vehicles between stockyard and release zone.

The role also involves keeping the releasing area clean, reporting defects to the VSA head, checking supplies, ordering replenishments, monitoring installer and car washer performance, updating the release board, assisting the accessories custodian with installations, and

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• At least 1 year working experience.
• Proficient in oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitors releasing schedule for the day
• Distributes task for the day in releasing area
• Assists the Releasing Staff in the transfer of vehicles to and from stockyard to the releasing area
• Ensures cleanliness of releasing area.
• Communicates promptly to VSA head any defects found on the unit.
• Monitors availability of supplies (tint, screws, shampoo etc..)
• Orders supply (replenish)
• Monitors efficiency of installers, car washers, pull out driver
• Updates release monitoring board
• Assists the accessories custodian in the installation of accessories.
• Investigates units with damage
• Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
