Job summary

Sightview Software LLC in the Philippines seeks a Release & Delivery Lead who will own the release calendar, run the Change Control Board, and coordinate across Engineering, QA, DevOps, Product, and Support. You will act as a Scrum Master, drive agile planning and execution, and ensure reliable deployments that support patient care. Excellent communication with executives and customers is required.

Qualifications

5+ years in software delivery, release management, or agile project delivery.
3+ years as a Scrum Master on software development teams.
Proven track record coordinating production releases across multiple teams.
Experience writing and maintaining process documentation, runbooks, and checklists.
Excellent written and spoken English for deployment notices and executive summaries.

Responsibilities

Own the release calendar for products and coordinate scope with engineering, QA, DevOps, product, and support.
Run the Change Control Board (CCB) process and coach on process elements.
Lead release readiness reviews and determine go/no-go decisions with clear criteria.
Track release scope and dependencies in Jira and keep stakeholders informed.
Coordinate pre-, intra-, and post-deployment runbooks and checklists in Confluence.
Serve as Scrum Master for one or more teams and report delivery metrics.
