Job Summary
Services, grows and further deepens existing as well as new accounts / relationships of high net worth individuals that may be referred, assigned, transferred, or delegated to them.
How will you contribute?
- Solicits new accounts and develops/deepens existing accounts to generate and meet targeted sales volume or assets under management (AUM) and revenues/income for the bank. Strives to capture a bigger share of clients' wallet to maximize opportunities and maintain a profitable relationship.
- Develops and maintains a good network of prospective clients and referrals, systematically plans and schedules calls/visits, and conducts regular client interactions to identify investment needs, service requirements, and growth opportunities. Establishes clients' investment profiles, anticipates needs, and creates opportunities to sell additional products and services.
- Ensures proper, complete, and up-to-date client information in account opening documents, risk profiles, and other transaction documentation. Complies with all bank and government regulations, including BSP standards, KYC, and AMLA.
- Conducts sales coaching sessions for Relationship Associates (RAs) to equip them for effective product marketing.
- Provides efficient and professional account/relationship management and financial advisory services to foster client loyalty and patronage. Ensures excellent customer service through accurate and timely account servicing. Proactively recommends suitable products and services based on clients' investment needs and risk profiles, providing updates on financial market trends to aid informed decision-making. Coordinates with other bank groups and affiliates for WM clients as needed.
