Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
• Licensed to sell Fixed Income and Equities; UITF TOAP Certification; and Insurance licenses (advantage)
• 2–5 years of sales experience in retail banking, preferably in wealth; fresh graduates welcome
• Solid knowledge of financial products: Deposits, FX, Fixed Income, Equities, Mutual Funds, UITFs, Bancassurance, Loans, Cash Management
• Ability to conduct in-depth portfolio reviews and provide holistic financial advice
• Strong understanding of macroeconomic landscape & its impact on wealth management
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and consultative selling skills

What the role will entail

• Generation and maintenance of business to achieve sales targets

• Conducting highly professional consultative financial analysis and profiling sessions with high-net-worth clients to identify suitable financial and investment products and services for them to achieve their personal financial and investment objectives


• Foster and deepen customer relationships by providing regular market information updates and trend analyses on local equities, bonds, and other investment instruments through market specialists; conduct follow‑up calls/visits to assist them in their investment decisions


• Provide professional service to achieve customer satisfaction and retention

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Economics, or related fields


• Licensed to sell Fixed Income and Equities; with UITF TOAP Certification; and Insurance (Traditional/VUL) licenses (an advantage but not required for fresh graduates)


• 2 to 5 years of sales experience in retail banking, preferably in the wealth segment; fresh graduates with a strong academic track record are welcome to apply


• Solid knowledge of financial products such as Deposits, FX, Fixed Income, Equities, Mutual Funds, UITFs, Bancassurance, Loans, and Cash Management solutions (training will be provided for fresh graduates)


• Ability to conduct in‑depth portfolio reviews and provide holistic financial advice


• Strong understanding of the macroeconomic landscape and its impact on wealth management


• Excellent relationship‑building, communication, and consultative selling skills
