A financial services firm in Taguig City is looking for a seasoned banking professional to manage client relationships and promote banking products. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experience in financial services, with strong expertise in risk management and cross-border transactions. This is an onsite position with a day shift schedule.

Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively market andpromote the banks suite of products and services to both existing andprospective clients to achieve key performance targets, including revenuegrowth, transaction volume, and client acquisition.
  • Grow the institutional clientbase by onboarding new financial and non-bank financial institutions, aswell as enhancing engagement with existing clients.
  • Drive business developmentinitiatives in cross-border transactions, payments, foreign exchange, andclearing services.
  • Manage all associated risks,including but not limited to compliance, anti-money laundering (AML),credit, operational, market, and liquidity risks.
  • Conduct due diligence, KnowYour Customer (KYC), and Client Due Diligence (CDD) activities in linewith regulatory and internal standards, particularly for institutionalclients.
  • Ensure efficient and timelyhandling of client account-related requests in collaboration with supportstaff.
  • Support internal teams inmatters related to credit approvals, counterparty onboarding, andrelationship management agreements.
  • Lead or participate in clientengagement activities, surveys, and feedback collection to improvecustomer experience and identify additional business opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit regularinternal reports and ensure timely resolution of any operationalexceptions or issues.
  • Provide administrativesupport and contribute to the achievement of department and organizationalgoals.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum of 4 yearsexperience in a banking or financial services role, preferably withexposure to institutional or corporate client management.
  • Strong understanding ofbanking products, cross-border transactions, and risk managementprinciples.
  • Proven ability to manageclient relationships, resolve issues promptly, and drive business growth.
  • Excellent communicationskills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal andexternal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with regulatoryand compliance requirements related to institutional banking is a strongadvantage.
