• Strong communication skills and experience engaging with clients, both written and verbal

• Ability to communicate information for differing audiences

Responsibilities

• Acting as the central point of contact for client query resolution with internal and external clients
• Articulating progress of investigations and resolution back to clients or internal Relationship Management
• Performing root cause analysis on clients’ reporting issues and coordinating with internal departments to resolve them
• Supporting the client delegated functions including query tracking and process design
• Delivering governance enhancements and producing regular and ad hoc Management Information (MI)
