Westech Meditrade Inc. is seeking a Regulatory Affairs focused Pharmacist in Metro Manila. The role ensures renewal of government licenses with FDA and DOH, maintains license and certification records, and handles QA activities and product complaints.

You will support distributors during tenders and hospital accreditations, manage SOPs, and assist the sales team in regulatory matters. The ideal candidate is a licensed Pharmacist with strong communication skills, organized, and capable of working

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and registered pharmacist
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Willing to handle regulatory matters
• Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Able to work with minimum supervision
• Prior regulatory/pharma experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Ensure renewal of government licenses, permits, and ordinances with FDA and DOH
• Maintain systematic file of government licenses, product registrations, and certifications
• Perform quality assurance, handle Product Quality Complaints and ADR/ADE
• Provide distributor requirements during government tenders & hospital inclusions
• Manage SOPs and internal systems to track product information file compliance
• Assist sales support in servicing distributors’ queries about the product
• Record and monitor chiller temperatures (min 2x daily), observe FEFO stock dispensing
• Translate responsibilities into SOPs to validate during post-licensing inspection
• Willing to participate in hospital bidding

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.

• Must be a Registered Pharmacist.

• Proficient in both oral and written communication skills, systematic & organized

• Should be flexible to handle other regulatory matters

• Computer literate ( Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat)

• Can work with minimum supervision

• Organized, fast learner and result oriented

• Preferably with experience

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Ensuring compliance with the renewal of government licenses, permits, and ordinances with FDA and DOH

• Maintaining a systematic file of all government licenses, product registrations, and certifications

• Performing quality assurance functions, handling Product Quality Complaints, Adverse Drug Reaction/Adverse Drug Event

• Provide Distributor’s requirements during government tenders & hospital inclusions/hospital accreditations

• Manage SOPs and internal systems to track product information file compliance;

• Assists sales support team in the efficient servicing of distributors queries, features, benefits and complaints about the product.

• Record and monitor the temperature of chillers minimum 2x a day. Ensure that all products are stacked in an orderly manner and observe FEFO (near expiry stocks are dispensed first).

• Performs administrative functions which may be requested from time to time

• The abovementioned responsibilities should be properly translated into a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) which shall be duly validated during post-licensing inspection

• Willing to participate in hospitals bidding.
