The Regulatory Governance and Compliance Officer serves as the company's central regulatory interpreter and governance architect, ensuring disciplined regulatory interpretation across dosmestic and international markets. The role is responsible for institutionalizing regulatory foresight, governance frameworks, and export regulatory strategy, translating regulatory requirements into complaint brand guardrails, claims architecture, and market-ready packaging strategies. It enables responsible commercial execution across product development, brand communications, promotional activities, and digital engagement while ensuring regulatory compliance without directly handling permit processing or documentation execution.

Job Requirements:

• - Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, or Chemical Engineering
• - Proficient in English, can communicate with multiple nationalities
• - Related work experience: Regulatory Officer/Chemist/Pharmacist/Must have worked with FDA prior
• - Registered Pharmacist/Chemist/Chemical Engineer
• - Must be familiar with regulatory operations for cosmetic and pharmaceutical manufacturers
• - Must be familiar with FDA guidelines and other regulations pertinent to domestic product registration
• - Must possess a good grasp and understanding of regulatory frameworks in order to be able to understand frameworks set by foreign governments
