Job summary

Green Cross, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Associate to ensure all permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements are secured, updated, and maintained. You will proactively assess compliance risks, coordinate with government agencies, and partner with internal teams to support zero breaches in compliance.

Key responsibilities include liaising with DOLE, DENR, PDEA, PNP, and city offices, updating and renewing permits, and implementing compliance programs with KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• At least 2 years of experience handling government regulatory agencies, preferably in a manufacturing firm.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
• Ability to work with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with government agencies such as DOLE, DENR, PDEA, PNP, and City Government offices.
• Ensure timely updating, renewal, and monitoring of permits and licenses.
• Work closely with different departments to fulfill compliance requirements.
• Implement compliance programs and track progress through KPI reporting.
• Represent the company in dealings with external regulatory bodies.
• Proactively assess and mitigate compliance risks.
• Ensure effective control procedures are in place to prevent compliance breaches.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams on compliance initiatives.
