Job summary

Sun Life Philippines is seeking an Regulatory Compliance Management (RCM) Specialist to monitor regulatory developments, map requirements, and maintain the regulatory inventory within the GRC framework. You will support the RCM team with reporting and awareness campaigns and help ensure accurate data input across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience in compliance, audit or risk work.
• Experience in data mapping or business analysis is preferred.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Conduct horizon scanning of regulators' sources for changes in regulations affecting Sun Life Philippines.
• Review new issuances and identify key requirements and impact.
• Cascade updates to impacted departments and update regulatory inventory and GRC records.
• Support RCM BAU activities and assist in committee materials and management reports.
