Job Summary:

This position is responsible for liaising between the Department (RCD) and government agencies, maintaining and cataloging records, including ERC-applied cases, and drafting official correspondence. Additional duties include monitoring legislative and regulatory developments, keeping records of incoming and outgoing documents, and assisting in document transmission as needed. Moreover, support will be provided to SMCGPH Departments on matters related to regulatory compliance. The individual may also be assigned other tasks as deemed necessary by the Section Supervisor, Department Head, or SMCGPH Top Management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Management, Public Administration or any related courses

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in document control or records management, preferably within the power generation, construction, or engineering sectors.

Work arrangement: On-site
