A leading company in the power generation sector seeks a records management professional to liaise with government agencies and maintain internal records. This role involves drafting correspondence, monitoring regulations, and assisting departments with compliance. Candidates should have a relevant Bachelor's degree and experience in document control.
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for liaising between the Department (RCD) and government agencies, maintaining and cataloging records, including ERC-applied cases, and drafting official correspondence. Additional duties include monitoring legislative and regulatory developments, keeping records of incoming and outgoing documents, and assisting in document transmission as needed. Moreover, support will be provided to SMCGPH Departments on matters related to regulatory compliance. The individual may also be assigned other tasks as deemed necessary by the Section Supervisor, Department Head, or SMCGPH Top Management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Management, Public Administration or any related courses
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in document control or records management, preferably within the power generation, construction, or engineering sectors.
