Job summary

Zuellig Pharma is seeking a Pharmacist with 1–2 years in Regulatory Affairs to ensure compliance across regulatory licenses and registrations in the Philippines. You will liaise with FDA, DOH, and PDEA, coordinate licenses and permits with site pharmacists, and ensure all licenses remain current for product registrations and imports, while supporting regulatory strategy and intelligence.

Qualifications

• B.S. Pharmacy graduate and licensed pharmacist.
• 1–2 years of regulatory affairs experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company with regulatory health authorities (FDA, DOH, PDEA, etc.).
• Coordinate with ZPC site pharmacists on licenses and permits.
• Ensure all ZPC sites have valid FDA licenses to operate and handle dangerous drugs.
• Identify products for reporting and uploading in EDPMS.
• Validate data uploaded in EDPMS and prepare license/permitting submissions.
• Maintain licenses for clients (LTO, LTH) and product registrations.
• Review NPIS and MDRF to update product maintenance validity.
• Support regulatory strategy and intelligence to speed time-to-market.
