Zuellig Pharma Philippines is seeking an Associate, Regulatory Affairs to support the regulatory team with material maintenance, data validation, and reporting. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and collaboration across teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The successful candidate will perform system checks, assist with IMS/IQVIA tagging review, standardize material descriptions, and provide updates to the Regulatory Team while growing professional knowledge in regulatory

Responsibilities

• Review the IMS/IQVIA tagging of the materials.
• Review and align the material description to standard format .
• Updates and encodes the Material Maintenance Clean-up monitoring file.
• Provides assistance on report consolidation on the activities related to Material Maintenance Clean-up.
• Performs validation of the Material maintained in the system.
• Performs validation of the Material maintained in the system.
