Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy graduate.
• Valid Philippine PRC Pharmacist License — Mandatory.
• Fresh graduates and newly licensed pharmacists encouraged to apply.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and documentation discipline.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative and work collaboratively with different departments.
• 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical regulatory affairs, quality assurance or related functions.
• Familiarity with Philippine FDA procedures and product registration basics.
• Exposure to pharmaceutical manufacturing, importation, distribution or medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, submission and monitoring of applications for FDA product registration, renewals, variations and regulatory approvals.
• Support compliance with Philippine FDA regulations, guidelines and documentation requirements.
• Prepare, organize and maintain regulatory dossiers, product technical documents and registration records.
• Coordinate with foreign manufacturers, suppliers and internal departments to obtain regulatory documentation.
• Assist with FDA licensing, permits, product labeling reviews and other regulatory requirements.
• Monitor regulatory submission timelines, approval statuses and renewal deadlines.
• Support regulatory compliance activities and contribute to continuous process improvements.
