Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy graduate.

• Good written and verbal communication in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate with different departments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, submission and monitoring of FDA product registrations, renewals, variations and regulatory approvals.
• Support compliance with Philippine FDA regulations, guidelines and documentation requirements.
• Prepare and maintain regulatory dossiers, product technical documents and registration records.
• Coordinate with foreign manufacturers, suppliers and internal departments for regulatory documentation.
• Assist with FDA licensing, permits and product labeling reviews.
• Monitor submission timelines, approval statuses and renewal deadlines.
• Support regulatory compliance activities and contribute to process improvements.
