Job summary

Zuellig Pharma in the Philippines seeks a Regulatory/Material Maintenance Associate to support material data accuracy and compliance. You will review IMS/IQVIA tagging, ensure standard material descriptions, and assist with maintenance clean-up and reporting to the Regulatory Team.

The role emphasizes data integrity, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and adherence to privacy policies as part of the application process.

Responsibilities

• Review the IMS/IQVIA tagging of the materials maintained in the system.
• Review and align the material description as per standard format.
• Updates and encodes the Material Maintenance Clean-up monitoring file.
• Provides assistance on report consolidation on the activities related to Material Maintenance Clean-up.
• Performs validation of the Material maintained in the system.
• Provides updates and reports to the Regulatory Team.
• Performs other tasks assigned by the Regulatory Team.
