An educational institution in the Philippines is seeking a qualified candidate to manage student records and support enrollment services. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly. This role involves entering student data, preparing certificates, and assisting with academic inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage student records and registration-related transactions accurately and on time. Enter and update student data, grade changes, transfer credits, and class schedules in the system. Maintain confidentiality and security of records and information. Prepare, process, and distribute diplomas, certificates, caps, and gowns. Provide accurate information and assistance to students and staff regarding academic records and graduation requirements. Compile honor rolls, president's lists, and other official reports. Support the coordination of enrollment, scheduling, and other academic services.Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation. Knowledge of student information systems preferred. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly. Strong communication and organizational skills.
