A dedicated non-profit organization in Quezon City seeks a Social Worker to coordinate and manage health, legal, and educational services for communities. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and at least 3 years of relevant experience in program development within an NGO. Candidates must be empathetic, culturally sensitive, and have strong organizational skills.
Light for All Foundation Inc. was established in the Philippines in early 2011 as a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) with a mission to empower and improve the quality of life for Filipino families and communities. We work closely with local partners, designing and implementing various educational and social development programs to bring positive change.
Under the direct supervision of the Executive Director, the Social Worker is responsible for coordinating referrals, managing documentation, and facilitating access to health, legal, educational, and livelihood services.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing project activities
Facilitate coordination meetings with partner agencies and service providers
Collect and analyze data for monitoring and evaluation and ensure compliance with data privacy standards
Orient community volunteers and staff on auxiliary services and referral protocols
Contribute to development of IEC materials on available auxiliary services.
To check and manage content produced for social media and website including media collection such as photos, videos and interviews.
Maintain auxiliary service logs and beneficiary tracking sheets
Submit monthly reports on service utilization, gaps, and recommendations
Participate in internal audits and program evaluations
Contribute to upholding Light for All Foundation policies, procedures ad management system within the Country management and support their improvement and review as necessary.
Perform any other work-related duties and responsibilities that maybe assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Social Work.
Registered Social Worker.
At least 3 years of proven relevant work experience in program development, social work services in an NGO setting
Empathetic and culturally sensitive
Strong organizational and communication skills
Familiarity with DSWD protocols and LGU coordination
Willing to work in an office setting and in the field/community.
