This is a full-time position, where you will play a critical role in providing specialist pharmaceutical care to our oncology patients. As a pharmacist in a chemotherapy setting, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective use of highly potent medications, directly contributing to improved patient outcomes and safety standards within our center.
Review, prepare, compound, and dispense chemotherapy and supportive medications
Verify chemotherapy orders for correctness, dosage accuracy, and drug compatibility
Ensure proper storage, handling, labeling, and disposal of cytotoxic agents
Provide drug information and counseling to healthcare professionals and patients
Monitor medication inventory to prevent shortages and expirations
Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and safety standards
Licensed Pharmacist (PRC License required)
A graduate of the Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
Experience in a hospital or clinical pharmacy is an advantage
Knowledgeable in drug dispensing, inventory management, and regulatory compliance
Detail-oriented with strong patient safety awareness
Good communication and customer service skills
Must be residing in BAGUIO CITY or willing to relocate
