The Generics Pharmacy (Primagen Pharma) is seeking a licensed Registered Pharmacist to join our team in Javier, Leyte and/or Barugo, Leyte. You will dispense medications, provide professional guidance, and ensure regulatory compliance in a fast-paced retail setting.
You will supervise staff, maintain records, manage inventory, and educate customers on proper use. Qualifications include a Pharmacy degree and Philippine licensure; strong English and Filipino skills are essential.
We are looking for a licensed and customer-focused Registered Pharmacist to join for our The Generics Pharmacy (Primagen Pharma). The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and accurate dispensing of medications, providing professional pharmaceutical guidance, maintaining pharmacy records and inventory, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Dispense medications accurately and safely in accordance with prescriptions, applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards.
Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, potential drug interactions, contraindications, and other medication-related concerns.
Provide appropriate medication counselling and pharmaceutical advice to customers, including proper usage, dosage, side effects, precautions, and contraindications.
Maintain complete and accurate records of prescriptions, dispensing activities, and other pharmaceutical transactions in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering, receiving, storage, stock monitoring, proper rotation, and ensuring product quality and integrity.
Conduct quality checks on medicines and pharmaceutical products to ensure compliance with established standards.
Monitor and properly document adverse drug reactions and other medication-related concerns.
Promote proper medication adherence and educate customers on the correct administration and use of their medications.
Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and compliant pharmacy environment.
Supervise and provide guidance to pharmacy assistants, technicians, and other support staff, when applicable.
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
Must be a Registered and Licensed Pharmacist in the Philippines.
Strong knowledge of Philippine pharmaceutical laws, regulations, professional ethics, and pharmacy practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally and compassionately with customers.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
Able to work in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment.
Proficient in English and Filipino.

Willing to be assigned to Javier, Leyte and/or Barugo, Leyte.
