Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a full-time registered nurse for a US virtual dementia clinic based in the Philippines. You will handle calls from patients and families, explain the Medicare dementia care program, and complete intake while updating the EMR/CRM.

Work US Eastern hours, including evenings and weekends, from a quiet home office with a headset and reliable internet. A BSN with PRC license and 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience, especially in geriatric or home health, is required.

Qualifications

• Active RN with BSN and valid PRC license.
• 3–5 years clinical/nursing experience.
• Geriatric, dementia, hospice, memory care or home health background.
• Experience in call center/BPO.
• Clear spoken English suitable for older callers.
• Empathy and composure with upset callers.
• Available full-time on US Eastern hours (evenings/weekends).
• Quiet workspace, reliable headset, main/internet, backup power.
• Spanish is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls from patients and family caregivers within 30 seconds.
• Explain Medicare dementia care program in plain language.
• Complete patient intake and background on the call.
• Type notes into the EMR and CRM during calls.
• Follow escalation steps when a caller is in crisis.
