We Hope Medical Group in Pasay City is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our PASAY Chemotherapy Center. This full-time role focuses on safe medication administration, symptom management, and compassionate patient support for individuals undergoing chemotherapy.

The ideal candidate holds a PRC nursing license, has a BS Nursing degree, and brings basic inpatient care experience. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality oncology care in a supportive environment.

Qualificações

• Must hold PRC nursing license (Professional Regulation Commission).
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree required.
• Clinical or hospital experience is advantageous.
• Experience in inpatient care, IV insertion, and basic clinical procedures preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Safely prepare and administer chemotherapy and supportive medications.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after chemotherapy infusion.
• Identify, report, and manage adverse reactions and emergencies.
• Provide patient education on chemotherapy, side effects, and post-treatment care.
• Maintain nursing records and treatment documentation.
• Adhere to infection control, occupational safety, and cytotoxic handling protocols.
• Assist physicians during clinical procedures and patient assessments.

About the role

This is a full-time position where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to patients undergoing chemotherapy treatment. As a Registered Nurse in our chemotherapy center, you will be at the forefront of patient care, ensuring safe medication administration, symptom management, and emotional support during a critical phase of patients' healthcare journey. This role is strategically important to our mission of providing comprehensive and compassionate oncology services to our community.

Key responsibilities

• Safely prepare and administer chemotherapy and supportive medications as prescribed.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after chemotherapy infusion.
• Identify, report, and manage adverse reactions and emergencies.
• Provide patient education on chemotherapy, side effects, and post-treatment care.
• Maintain accurate nursing records and treatment documentation.
• Adhere strictly to infection control, occupational safety, and cytotoxic handling protocols.
• Assist physicians during clinical procedures and patient assessments.

What we're looking for

• Licensed Nurse (PRC License required)
• A graduate of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Clinical or hospital experience is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in inpatient care, IV insertion, and basic clinical procedures
• Compassionate, patient-oriented, and detail-oriented
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Must be currently residing in PASAY CITY
