Schneider Electric is seeking a Regional Upstream Planning Leader to shape and drive upstream supply chain strategy across the region. You will collaborate with procurement, plants, and regional teams to ensure resilient supply, capacity planning, and proactive actions against potential disruptions.

The role emphasizes digital enablement, with dashboards and AI-enabled visibility to automate planning processes while aligning with global playbooks and business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in supply chain management or related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Digital mindset to map business needs to digital tools.
• Influential communication to persuade stakeholders.
• Collaborative and logical problem solving.
• 5+ years planning experience in upstream planning preferred.

Responsabilités

• Define & execute yearly upstream supply chain strategy with procurement and upstream stakeholders.
• Coordinate supplier capacity assessments and actions to prevent disruptions.
• Ensure all activities comply with global planning playbooks.
• Define end-to-end planning requirements to reduce manual intervention.
• Collaborate with development teams on autonomous solutions and AI dashboards.
