Job summary

TE Connectivity Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Traffic Scheduling/Freight Analyst to manage end-to-end transport operations across the region, combining hands-on execution with data analysis. You will monitor KPIs, coordinate carriers and customs brokers, and drive improvements in process standardization while ensuring compliance with trade requirements.

The role requires a university degree in logistics, 5+ years in transport/logistics, SAP/WMS experience, and strong English skills

Qualifications

University degree in logistics or related field.
5+ years of experience in transport/logistics (manufacturing or forwarding company).
Good understanding of customs processes and transport market dynamics.
Solid understanding of supply chain and material flows.
Experience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP preferred).
Strong analytical skills (Excel).
English (min. B2).

Responsibilities

Transport Execution & Operations (planning, booking, scheduling, track & trace).
Coordinate carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
Issue and manage transport orders, ensuring timely execution.
Monitor shipment progress and respond to delays, disruptions, and escalations.
Ensure transport and customs documentation is correct and complete (export declarations, origin, shipping documents).
Ensure compliance with internal policies and international trade requirements.
Maintain and update transport-related master data.
Monitor forwarder performance in daily operations and resolve issues.
Collaborate with Planning, Logistics, Procurement, Finance, Customer Service, and external partners.
Provide timely and structured updates and reporting to management.
