Job description

Job Summary:

Responsible in translating the marketing strategies into operational sales activities to effectively and efficiently manage shoppers’ preference and trade dynamics (i.e., pricing, promotions, placements) in all segments in order to improve offtake of product categories thereby maximizing returns on company investments and trade spending.

Successful candidate will be assigned in GMA but will manage total Luzon area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trade Marketing Strategies Development - Develops overarching trade strategies and ensure optimal spend for assigned business unit.
  • Trade Cost Management - Manage the overall trade cost effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources
  • Trade Marketing Programs Alignment and Implementation - Provide guidance and support to teams responsible for executing trade initiatives. Ensure that the category / channel strategies are effectively executed in on-trade environments, such as retail spaces, and other points of sale.
  • Performance Data Analysis - Communicate category/channel trade strategies, objectives, and performance to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Marketing or Business-related courses
  • With at least 8 year working experience in sales or marketing. Extensive work experience in Trade Marketing an advantage
  • Has in-depth knowledge and understanding of the FMCG business and categories
  • Efficient oral and written communication skills, Effective Negotiation Skills
  • Systematic, creative, honest and diligent
