Job summary

A local E-Bike company is looking for someone to handle the repair and service of E-bike units and dealer stocks. Responsibilities include monitoring repair progress, completing service reports, retrieving warranty parts, and conducting battery maintenance. Applicants should have at least 6 months of experience (E-bike experience preferred) and be willing to work in the field. Having a motorcycle is advantageous for this role.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience, preferably with E-bikes.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work in the field.

Responsibilities

• Repair customer units and dealer stocks; monitor progress.
• Complete Service Reports for assigned cases promptly.
• Coordinate retrieval of defective warranty parts.
• Maintain battery charging requirements.
• Perform basic assembly/disassembly of units.
