We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to oversee Hartech’s sales operations. This role will be responsible for developing strategies, managing a sales team, and driving revenue growth through both corporate and retail channels.
Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team to achieve targets.
Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market reach.
Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide reports to management.
Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing and operations to execute promotional activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
At least 5 years of sales management experience (preferably in IT, electronics, or consumer goods).
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Willing to travel and manage multiple branches/locations (if applicable )
