The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales operations in a specific region. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and ensuring targets are met.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Manage and mentor sales team members.
- Analyze sales data and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare sales reports for upper management.
- Manage and monitor sales activities across the region and nearby areas.
- Conduct regular field visits to assess market conditions, gather competitor intelligence, and support sales partners.
- Provide feedback from the field to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with after-sales support and warranty-related queries as needed.
- Address and resolve dealer and client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Use own motorcycle to travel within the territory for fieldwork, partner visits, and deliveries when necessary.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet targets and grow eBike sales in assigned areas.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and upsell opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the eBike, motorcycle, or related industries
- Must own a motorcycle and have a valid driver’s license
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
