A gaming and lottery company in Pampanga seeks a Collections Specialist to manage accounts receivable and ensure timely payment. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least 2 years of B2B collections experience. Responsibilities include reviewing accounts, communicating with customers for payment collection, and performing reconciliations. Strong skills in Microsoft Office and customer service are essential.

Focused on helping achieve the Finance Shared Services mission of serving the business accurately, efficiently, and politely with the vision to operate silently in the background so the business can maximize profitability. This is accomplished by reviewing the accounts receivable aging for assigned customers, proactively contacting them to understand why past due balances exist and noting billing errors that require resolution to timely payment.
Education: High school diploma
Experience: Minimum 2 years in of corporate business to business collections experience including interaction with a large customer base.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds is required.
Generally, work in an office environment. No travel is expected.
