Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Electronics Distribution, Semiconductor Industry, Product Marketing, Sales Support, Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Customer Support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned Electronics/Emech/Mech product portfolios across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, and Vietnam
• Maintain and update product information, pricing, lead times, supplier documentation, and product databases
• Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, technical documents, samples, and product updates
• Coordinate RFQ activities with suppliers, Sales, and FAE teams to ensure timely quotations and responses
• Track New Business Opportunities (NBOs), customer projects, and quotation status
• Maintain opportunity trackers and provide regular updates to Product Managers
• Support supplier communications relating to pricing, lead time updates, sample requests, PCNs, EOL notifications, and delivery matters
• Maintain accurate pricing records and support periodic pricing reviews and system updates
• Assist in monitoring forecasts, inventory levels, and demand trends
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on bookings, billings, backlog, RFQs, NBOs, and supplier performance
