Job summary

Viventis Search Asia seeks an experienced Retail Operations leader to standardize and drive performance across all branches in the Visayas region, including Cebu City, with strong focus on compliance and controls. The ideal candidate will translate strategy into compliant branch-level execution.

The role requires eight years in related retail/financing operations, five years managing dispersed branch networks, and experience overseeing large teams.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in retail operations, dealership operations, or related field.
• Five+ years managing a large geographically dispersed branch network.
• Experience overseeing 100+ employees, direct or indirect.
• Strong background in compliance, audit, inventory control, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and standardize retail operations across all branches.
• Ensure compliance with policies, financing procedures, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
• Strengthen inventory, asset, cash, documentation, and motorcycle release controls.
• Monitor branch performance, customer service, audits, manpower productivity, and operational risks.
• Lead branch openings, stabilization, corrective actions, process improvements, and business continuity.
• Support execution of approved sales and marketing programs.
• Coordinate with Sales, Credit and Collection, Finance, HR, Audit, Inventory, Logistics, Marketing, Service Operations, and IT.
• Provide executive management with regular operational reports and recommendations.
