JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategic & General Operations Management
- Execute strategic directives from the company leadership to achieve regional performance targets
- Ensure alignment between regional operations and corporate goals
2. People & Organization Management
- Allocate, manage, and develop human resources to meet regional operational demands
- Build training programs and ensure succession planning across teams
- Maintain a high-performance culture by motivating and supervising staff
3. Financial Management
- Propose and control the regional operations budget
- Monitor spending and ensure cost compliance under delegated authority and corporate budget policy
4. System & Process Management
- Ensure all standard operating procedures (SOPs) are implemented correctly across depots
- Develop and refine operational policies and contribute to company-wide process improvement initiatives
5. Operational Execution
- Cascade, assign, and monitor KPIs (e.g. GMV, GMV/vehicle/day, CR, idle rate, turnover rate, inactive fleet status) across all provinces in the region
- Analyze and report operational performance and propose improvement plans
- Coordinate with Audit & Quality Control to address policy violations and unresolved operational debts
6. Stakeholder Engagement & Compliance
- Establish and maintain working relationships with local authorities, regulatory bodies, and industry stakeholders
7. Other Responsibilities
- Undertake special assignments or projects as directed by the senior leadership
- Contribute to cross-regional initiatives and company-wide strategy rollouts
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree required; preference given to Transportation, Logistics, or Business Administration majors
- 5–10 years of leadership experience in operations management, preferably within transportation, logistics, or high-volume service industries
- Proven track record in managing large teams and achieving operational KPIs
- Strong understanding of local regulations in transportation, labor, and finance
