Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines, part of the ING organization, is expanding its WB CISO Asia Office with an experienced Information Security Manager to guide information security across all ING entities in WB Asia. The role focuses on policy rollout, risk management, regulatory change handling, and third-party cyber risk oversight.

The role involves coordinating with global teams, contributing to security capability development, and ensuring security requirements are embedded in business initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cybersecurity or IT risk management.
• Ability to translate security concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience supporting regulatory changes and audits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee local planning, execution and monitoring of WB CISO changes aligned to Global CISO and WB Tech Strategy.
• Integrate WB CISO deliverables into WB Asia operations across processes like sourcing, data protection and risk management.
• Assess security threats for WB Asia and translate into practical controls across the region.
• Provide security consultancy to WB Asia's business management and engage in key projects.
• Lead cyber scenario analyses and oversee red teaming activities.
