Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end grocery operations, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to safety and quality.
• Manage relationships with DSPs, Flex Drivers, and suppliers.
• Develop and improve SOPs for groceries.
• Align country-wide teams to goals and metrics for groceries and perishables.
• Drive operational goals and present metrics to senior leadership.
• Recruit, develop talent and implement a talent plan for the site.
• Collaborate with Transport, Sortation, Last Mile, Finance, IT, HR and other partners.
• Lead inbound and outbound processes for perishables.
