Job summary

foodpanda is seeking a Manager, FP&A (regional focus) to join our regional business partnering team. You will collaborate with regional functions to develop the business across our brands foodpanda, foodora and Yemeksepeti, leveraging P&L and cash flow insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline.
• 3–8+ years of FP&A or Finance Business Partnering experience in fast-paced environments; Senior Manager if more.
• Advanced Excel modeling with data analysis using Tableau, SQL, or Power BI.
• Strong communication skills with ability to influence senior leaders and present to C-suite.
• Proactive, ownership-driven team player capable of building processes from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and maintain financial models and forecasting templates across the region.
• Monitor monthly financial performance, analyze P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Partner with regional leaders to evaluate investments and translate data into clear recommendations.
• Serve as the primary contact for regional functions to establish scalable processes.
• Lead cost-saving and value-creation initiatives while improving reporting frameworks.
