Job summary

Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd (Staffing) is seeking a finance professional to lead FP&A activities in a dynamic FMCG setting. The role involves budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close in SAP, with emphasis on data accuracy and stakeholder alignment.

You will work Mon–Fri in a central location with an emphasis on timely reporting, variance analysis, and collaboration with marketing on A&P forecasts. Experience in FMCG is a plus, and CA qualification is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CA qualification.
• Minimum 3 years FP&A experience.
• Experience in FMCG industry is an advantage.
• Strong Excel and SAP skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Define internal deadlines and ensure adherence across stakeholders.
• Load forecast and budget data into planning tools.
• Execute month-end closing in SAP.
• Maintain price structures, discounts, and SKU costs.
• Create internal orders and cost centers; manage PO approvals.
• Prepare performance reports; extract data from SAP, HFM, and historical records.
• Prepare variance analysis and collaborate with Marketing on A&P forecasts.
• Maintain priority lists for controlling team and track accountability.
• Build and manage databases for SKU, country, and customer mapping across tools.
• Document processes for operational activities to ensure knowledge retention.
• Manage approvals, DocuSign workflows, and record keeping for contracts and price lists.
• Support global finance teams and external agencies with data collection.
• Transfer finance databases to cloud environment and manage access.
• Organize and archive critical approval emails.
