A leading company in the Philippines is seeking a Commercial Team Leader for a fixed term of 12 months to guide their commercial teams towards achieving business goals. The role involves supervising teams, optimizing sales strategies, and fostering leadership talent. Ideal candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree, possess significant experience in commercial strategy and team management, and be bilingual in English.
Fixed Term Contract: 12 months (contract renewal will depend on the business needs or performance)
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday / Dayshift

Objective:
Lead the commercial team to achieve business goals, ensuring adherence to company policies and optimizing sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
Supervise commercial teams and ensure high performance.
Monitor sales performance and market trends.
Implement and refine business strategies for sales optimization.
Develop and mentor leadership talent within the commercial team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business.
3+ years of experience in commercial strategy, team management, and sales operations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Bilingual in English Preferred)
Spanish is desirable.
Willing to work full onsite or relocate to Bohol Province (with one time relocation package)
