Job summary

Kareila Management Corporation (S&R Membership Shopping) is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on warehouse equipment across S&R branches in Mandaue and nearby areas.

The role requires a technical diploma or certification in Refrigeration or HVAC, solid experience in refrigeration maintenance, and the ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems. Travel to multiple branches and flexible scheduling are expected.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in refrigeration maintenance and repair.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems related to warehouse operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair various equipment efficiently.
• Experience in handling maintenance documentation and reporting.
• Willingness to travel to different S&R branches and work flexible schedules as needed.
• Willing to be assigned in Subangdaku, Mandaue City, Cebu.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly fogging to ensure sanitation and safety compliance.
• Monitor and record equipment parameters to track performance and identify issues.
• Ensure timely, accurate data gathering for maintenance activity reports.
• Travel between branches as needed to perform maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.

• Perform minor and major repairs on defective equipment, including but not limited to: Refrigeration Systems, Air Conditioning Systems, Forklifts, Generators (Genset), Kitchen Equipment, Wastewater Systems.

• Conduct weekly fogging to ensure sanitation and compliance with safety standards.

• Monitor and record equipment parameters to track performance and identify potential issues.

• Ensure timely, accurate, and complete data gathering for maintenance activity reports.

• Travel between assigned S&R branches as needed to perform maintenance and emergency repairs.
