Responsibilities

• Leading the operations and maintenance processes of refrigeration system.
• Implementing and maintaining policies and procedures related to refrigeration system.
• Plan, evaluate, and execute an effective maintenance program.
• Ensure the refrigeration system is operating at its optimal functionality.
• Conduct regular inspection of the refrigeration system and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures or best practices.
• Plan and manage maintenance schedule of refrigeration system effectively including repair estimates.
• Ensure to implement 5S in carrying out activities.
• OPEx generation report and analysis.
• Submit monthly and periodic reports.
• Evaluate the performance of the group and refrigeration system and carry out recommendations based on previous performance to improve or maintain system performance.
• Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

Educational Background: BS Mechanical Engineering, licensed and updated registration. Preferably with master’s degree.

Work Experience: At least eight (5) years of hands-on exposure on refrigeration system.

Skills: MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project, Documentation, Reports, Basic Financial Analysis, Operations and Maintenance.

Technical Skills: Team Leadership, Project Management
